What is your standard lead time?

Lead times are typically 4-6 weeks, with longer lead times on custom orders. We will communicate expected delivery date at point of purchase.

What is Wood Without Worry?

Wood Without Worry refers to aluminium woodgrain battens that offer a premium timber look with minimal maintenance.

What is textura powder coating?

Textura is a new generation TGIC Free Polyester based powder coating designed for the exterior environment offering excellent long term light and weather resistance from a single coat finish on a variety of substrates.

What colours are available with UV resistant powder coating?

All Durabright and Earthy Pastel colours now have boosted UV resistance as standard, meaning they will retain their brilliance, even in the harsh Australian climate, for many years.

Does your furniture meet accessibility compliance? DDA, visual, LRV?

We design with accessibility in mind. Many of our products meet specific DDA ADA, visual and LRV requirements. You will find this imformation on the technical sheet. IF you require more information, please make an enquiry.

How do I find the weight of a product?

Product weight can be calculated upon request.

How do I choose the right material?

What is low carbon aluminium?

Aluminium smelters use electrolysis to extract aluminium metal from alumina, which is a hugely energy intensive process. Low Carbon Aluminium refers to aluminium with a carbon intensity less than the ‘global average’. Low carbon aluminium can be produced in a number of ways, for example: virgin aluminium produced with a percentage of, or entirely with renewable energy; aluminium that contains recycled content; or a combination of both recycled content and renewable energy used in production.

Do you use low carbon aluminium?
