Students from year 7 to 8 will enjoy a brand-new campus at St Francis of Assisi College in Renmark, South Australia. The school will grow with the two year groups until it encompasses classes from 7-12, from 2026.

Swanbury Penglase provided a holistic design for the campus as both the architects and landscape architects for the project.

Lana Greer, landscape architect, says the furniture selection was driven by both the aesthetic vision and activities the college would like to support outdoors.

“We were pleased to be able to install a variety of furniture selections from Street Furniture Australia across the new campus that are both durable and elegant.

“The furniture is reflective of the campus’ architectural style and facilitates a variety of outdoor learning opportunities through different arrangements and installation methods,” she said.

The architects have specified the Linea range, with its sleek, strong stainless steel frames, and versatile Mall range, featuring durable and low-maintenance Wood Without Worry aluminium woodgrain Bush Cherry battens and powdercoated frames in Textura Monument.

Linea and Mall settings can be used for both formal learning and student recreation. The Mall DDA tables feature end-access for wheelchair users.

Plinth-fixed Linea Seats sit flush on concrete walls, supporting sandstone forms to enhance the sit-ability of the landscape.
